Rosemary is another member of the mint family that is native to the Mediterranean. The needles of the small evergreen bush are very aromatic with a woody, warm, and peppery aroma. Rosemary is very popular in many cuisines and pairs extremely well with lamb, pork, chicken, and rabbit.
Also try with apricots, breads, eggs, fish, oranges, pasta, potatoes, squash and tomatoes. Rosemary red potatoes are a favorite at our house!
